Building off our iterate project, and in collaboration with the Foundation for a Path Forward, our newest project examines the Province of Quebec’s Bill 57, the Act to protect elected municipal officers and to facilitate the unhindered exercise of their functions.
In this project, we’ll explore the effectiveness of this policy intervention and how it could be applied across Canada.
